The Italianate Revival Project at 1823 N Lincoln Park West, a 155-year-old Chicago landmark in historic Old Town was reimagined with timeless monochrome warmth and over 6,000 sq ft of thoughtful and elegant design. From moody coffered ceilings to custom oak-stained cabinetry, Dee’s signature palette of soft blacks, warm whites, and natural materials transformed this historic property into a modern sanctuary…and helped it sell for over $5.5M within several weeks after completion. 😉 A beautiful reminder that monochrome doesn’t have to be stark… but instead it can be soulful, intentional, and enduring.
