Working with a builder is always a big leap of faith and we couldn’t be happier we took this leap with Dee and her team.  The communication from her team before, during and even after the process is unparalleled.  Dee is honest, caring, professional and will outwork anyone.  The attention to detail was a huge selling point for us and it shows in all the homes she has built.  Even now two years later, we get check-in’s and she truly stands behind her product.  I don’t know any builders who do that and it’s just reinforced how glad we are that we chose Urbane to build our dream home.  I would (and have) recommended Dee to others and would be happy to speak to anyone considering using Urbane in the future.
