This custom single family home in the heart of Southport Corridor was a true reflection of Urbane Home’s integrative approach.

What makes this project even more meaningful is how it all began...our client first discovered us through Instagram! After connecting and getting to know one another, we had the honor of helping her every step of the way: finding the perfect property, tearing down and building her dream home, and ultimately selling her previous home, all through our fully integrated services model.

She has truly been a dream client in every sense, and we feel incredibly grateful to have been part of such a personal, exciting, and collaborative experience together.

There’s something incredibly fulfilling about walking alongside a client from the very beginning and watching their vision come to life so thoughtfully and seamlessly. Projects like this are exactly why we love what we do.

We’re so excited to finally start sharing more of this home and the story behind it.

Soft natural light, layered marble details, a freestanding soaking tub, and an oversized walk-in shower all come together to create a space that feels calming, elevated, and intentional. A statement chandelier adds just the right amount of drama, while the spacious vanity and connected walk-in closet bring everyday functionality into the design.

This is one of those spaces that feels luxurious without trying too hard.

Outdoor spaces are an extension of the home, espec Outdoor spaces are an extension of the home, especially this time of year.

Whether it’s a city terrace, a backyard, or a small patio, the goal is the same. Create a space that feels just as considered as the interior.

The best outdoor spaces feel effortless, but every detail is intentional.

Designer tip: faux florals and plants can instantl Designer tip: faux florals and plants can instantly warm up a space... when done *right*.

As we move into spring, they’re an easy way to bring in softness, greenery, and a sense of season without the upkeep. The key is choosing pieces that feel natural in shape, tone, and scale. Nothing too perfect or overly styled.

We like to use them to add height, texture, and a lived-in feel, especially in spaces that need a subtle refresh.

It’s a simple layer, but one that can completely change how a room feels.

But what do you think?
What Would Dee Do: Builder Edition As a builder, What Would Dee Do: Builder Edition

As a builder, Dee takes an extra step that many don’t think about: hiring an independent home inspector before a property ever goes to market.

It’s about accountability, transparency, and making sure every detail has been thoroughly reviewed and addressed.

For buyers, it creates an added layer of confidence. For us, it’s simply part of delivering a higher standard.

Would this add value for you as a buyer?
